Weight Management

Weight management is the phrase used to describe both the techniques and underlying physiological processes that contribute to a person’s ability to attain and maintain a certain weight. Most weight management techniques encompass long-term lifestyle strategies that promote healthy eating and daily physical activity.
Because healthy people come in all shapes, sizes, and weights, many weight-management experts now avoid using the term ideal weight—a concept derived from the height-weight tables once used by insurance actuaries—and instead focus on body mass index and waist circumference (or waist-hip ratio). These measurements better represent the degree and/or location of body fat, which is most important in determining health risk.

Body Massage

Massage is the manipulation of soft tissues in the body. Massage techniques are commonly applied with hands, fingers, elbows, knees, forearms, feet, or a device. The purpose of massage is generally for the treatment of body stress or pain.
Releases Muscle Tension: Muscles get tight in some areas due to some reasons ( Stress, Minor Injuries, Overuse). Full body massage helps release that tightness in the body without pain and makes your body flexible. Massage also helps in relieving tiredness, pain and rejuvenate the body.As the best-known type of bodywork performed today, one of the primary goals of the Swedish massage technique is to relax the entire body.

Fitness assessment

5 Tests Used to Design an Informed Exercise Plan. A fitness test, also known as a fitness assessment, is comprised of a series of exercises that help evaluate your overall health and physical status.
There are two types of muscular fitness assessments: muscular-endurance tests, which assess the ability to resist fatigue; and muscular-strength tests, which assess the maximum amount force an individual can produce in a specified number of repetitions (hence the term repetition max or RM).
Your overall fitness is a measure of four physical abilities — endurance, strength, balance, and flexibility — and body composition or body mass index (BMI). BMI tracks height and weight only while a body composition test, which calculates your fat and lean muscle mass, is an excellent indicator of overall fitness.
